Sugary foods- Avoid overly sweet foods
Dehydrating Foods- Dehydration is bad for the acrylic in your dentures. Avoid, liquor, tea, coffee, etc.
Foods to Absolutely Avoid - these are a big no-no’s when you have dentures, unless you want to keep on coming back to your dentists for a new one.
Nuts & Seeds: These can physically damage your dentures. Also avoid fruit with seeds like guava
Hard-to-Chew Foods: like underdone steaks, popcorn, dry fruit, etc.
Hard candy- In all types.

It is a must to remove your dentures after eating. Once removed, you need to clean it properly as eating exposes your dentures to food particles deposit that can damage it if left uncleaned.
